Firstly, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I’m truly honoured that you’re considering me to capture one of the most meaningful days of your life. My goal is to create timeless, heartfelt images that let you relive your celebration for years to come.
To help you know exactly what to expect, here’s a little guide to how everything works:
Securing Your Date
Your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you once a 50% booking fee is received. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before your big day. Both payments are non-refundable, as this ensures your date is fully secured.
On the Day
A little note from behind the lens – we’d so appreciate being included in the dinner plans. A meal helps us stay refreshed and full of energy to keep capturing every moment until the very end.
Your Photographs
You will receive your images in beautiful, high-resolution JPEG format (perfect for printing, sharing, and treasuring). RAW files are not provided, but rest assured, every photo is thoughtfully and carefully edited.
Delivery Timeline
Each image is processed with great care. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your final gallery to be ready. I promise, the wait will be worth it!
Album & Delivery
Once your album is complete, your package will be couriered safely to your door anywhere in South Africa, at no additional cost.
For couples abroad, a custom courier quote can be arranged.
If you’d prefer, you also have the option of a secure online gallery download, giving you instant access to high-resolution images, ready to print and share.
Traveling Information
Each package includes travel within 100 km (round trip) from Durbanville. For celebrations taking place further than this, a small additional travel fee will apply. For weddings beyond 100 km, overnight accommodation at a nearby B&B will also be required
